Anti Sliding Glue:
Why Do We Use Anti-Sliding Glue?
Anti-sliding glue is used as the application to reduce a major problem facing all of us to day: Solid Waste.  In conventional packing practice, it is unavoidable that stretch film, corner board, and/or strapping belt will be used to palletize a loading unit.  These packing materials consider as waste after unpack and require disposing.

Most of the time, the packing procedure start from stacking carton boxes, attaching corner boards, and wrapping the stretch film.  These procedures consume both packing material and labor cost.  The more working procedure we apply during working, the more cost we have to take into account.  With the alternative packing method, anti-sliding glue can reduce working steps and sometime eliminate packing material which is required for packing.  After product being packed into carton, we could apply
the anti-sliding glue on the top of cartons (either manually or automatically).  Then, the palletized product can be shipped to customers or stocked in warehouse without having additional packing processes such attaching corner board or wrapping film.
How Anti-Sliding Glue Works
Anti-Sliding Glue is a water based resin product with a key ingredient that prevents deep penetration of the resin into paper or board stock.  The resulting surface bond provides the ideal properties required for a true unitizing adhesive, high shear strength (side to side direction) and low tensile strength (up and down direction).  Once we apply Anti-Sliding Glue onto the carton or bags and place on the pallet, it will generally take a few minutes in order for a bond to begin to form.  Moreover, it allows clean release without damaging
the packaging and pass test on corrugated using procedures outlined by the American Paper Institute.
